Legwork business cards
Here are some business cards that I printed for local agency Legwork. They designed two options for the front sides of the cards. Then the back were just simple yellow blocked areas. What we did was made rubber stamps with my laser for each employee's contact information. That way they can stamp the contact info on each card without having to print 10+ different backs to the cards. Smart idea! Love the results!!
Love these business cards
Here are a set of business cards we recently printed. It was just a simple black impression on the 220lb crane lettra paper, then had a no-ink impression for the texture. It's simple, clean, and showcases letterpress beautifully. He wanted a bit of the splotchy quality of letterpress to show in the printing, which a lot of people want to hide, but we love it because it's classic letterpress. Designed by http://devgupta.com/.
Mile High wedding invitation
Here is a wedding invitation set that we designed and printed. The wedding is taking place at Mile High Station with an Aspen leaf theme. They wanted to incorporate their colors of yellow and gray. We did a belly band as a wrap and brought in little details that worked for their theme.
Meatball cards
These were a set of business cards we designed and printed for a local company. Their company's name means meatball and they wanted to showcase that on the card somewhere. So, we came up with the idea of meat + ball in illustration form. After going through a variety of options, they couldn't decide on just one, so they ended up having us print two different options. Then they'll see what they like best over time and print more once they run out. We letterpressed them on Crane Lettra paper.
Duplex wedding invitations
Here are a set of really amazing wedding invitations that took some serious time to print. First, we duplex the RSVP and hang tags so we had a great orange color on the front and creme on the back. Then had some of the tightest registration we've done in a long time that had absolutely no room for error... we love the challenge! Then, the Map had the most solid print area you could ask for in a dark color and with the tight lines it needed to be as cleanly solid as possible to really see the detail and text. Whew! Did it, love it, very cool. All together they combined a dark blue with the orange, then used orange on orange to create a rich orange-red color, and also a clear ink to produce the dots on the orange paper. The little details really make the difference in design and this one had them all. Designed by Kaylene Thompson.
Off to England
Here were some business cards for Caryn from over at one of our favorite Ad Agencies, Sukle. She designed these herself since she is leaving off to England and wanted some business cards to start up her new business once she gets there. Clean, simple cards, with super tight registration on the back that we somehow managed to get virtually unnoticeable trapping on. Very cool!
Georgia Tech Alumni invitations
We designed this invitation set for Georgia Tech's Alumni event. They wanted to feature the Walnut colored wood invitations and left the rest up to us. So, we decided to incorporate a wood textured paper for the belly band and then bring in some additional texture through letterpress on the RSVP.
Vibrant wedding invitation set
Here is a wedding invitation set for Dylan and Megan. They opted to do different pieces each in a 1 color print and bring variety through the design and envelopes. I think this is a really clean and elegant way to feature letterpress though your invitations. They also used a folding card with their map on one side and their random info on the other. Great idea! Designed by Brennan Gilbert.
Brixe & Battes Business cards
These cards were send to us already beautifully designed by Ean and ready for letterpress. The challenge was the tiny type. However with our incredibly talented plate maker and just the right amount of ink we got this super crisp and clean card.
Rustic-Elegant wood invitations
We designed these invitations for a bride and groom who wanted to utilize the wood engraved invitations and also the seeded paper. So, we used the seeded paper for the RSVP and envelopes and the wood for the invites. They wanted to put their favorite poem on the invitations and have it showing through a full-invitation wrap. So, we laser cut out the area with the poem to highlight it when pulled out of the envelope. Later a string was added to wrap around the belly of the invite and hold it all in place.
